Provençal macarons class
Do you love macarons but think they are mysterious and difficult to make? In this, our resident pastry chef Sophie Lim will share her techniques for making perfect macarons every time, infusing them with local flavors that change with the seasons.
Learn to make Italian meringue and ganache fillings, and master techniques including macaronnage, piping and filling under Sophie’s expert bilingual guidance (she grew up in France and has lived and worked in Melbourne). Students are provided with a recipe book to take home, along with a box of their creations.
Possible flavors include: Orange-flower water, Violet and blueberry, Rose, Lemon and thyme, Lavender, Chocolate and orange, Chocolate and raspberry.
