Provençal flavors
Do you love macarons but think they are mysterious and difficult to make? In this, we will share our techniques for making perfect macarons every time, infusing them with local flavors that change with the seasons.
Learn to make Italian meringue and ganache fillings, and master techniques including macaronage, piping and filling under Sophie or Rosa’s expert guidance. Students are provided with a PDF recipe booklet, along with a box of their creations.
Possible flavors include: Lemon olive oil, chocolate and lavender, raspberry and rose, orange flower water, to name a few!
