In this class, we share our techniques for making perfectly puffed-up choux pastries every time, infusing them with local flavors that change with the seasons.
After attending the course, you will have learned how to make choux pastry, pastry cream, and a variety of elegant finishes and master techniques including baking, piping, and filling under the chef’s expert guidance. Students are provided with a recipe booklet to take home, along with a box of their creations.
