Rosa Jackson

Inspired by the Provençal combination of exquisitely fresh Mediterranean ingredients and distinctive, even eccentric recipes, Rosa Jackson founded Les Petits Farcis so that she could share her passion for the region’s fascinating cuisine and culture.

Rosa was trained at Paris’s Cordon Bleu cookery school and worked as the city’s  Time Out food editor. Her experience brings a keen appreciation of the finest ingredients and the expertise to help you create delicious dishes.
