Petits Farcis: Stuffed winter vegetables

This month’s Sunday workshop is hosted by Hélène Albou, one of the Old Town’s best cooks before sharing her deep knowledge of cuisine niçoise as a private cooking instructor. She will teach you to make stuffed cabbage, a traditional winter dish that is full of flavor, and other stuffed vegetables using seasonal ingredients.

These monthly Sunday workshops include a lunch of salad, local wine and home-made dessert to accompany your dishes.
