Simon studied photography under the direction of documentary photographer Bill Bamberger the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

His range is eclectic and includes landscape, portrait, and architectural photography. He also creates and manages websites, including this one.

Myriam

We discovered Myriam via her image of les petits farcis that greets you on our homepage. Half French, half Moroccan, her knowledge of and passion for food spans many cultures (she now lives in the Netherlands).

Her coaching company FoodMoodz helps students discover their own, personal culinary style, and she journals her own tastes and experiences at  My Kitchen Diaries.

Raised in South Africa, Jan-Hendrik van der Westhuizen is the author of The French Affair and the chef at Restaurant Jan, a chic contemporary bistro in Nice.
