Because of its close ties to the Italian regions of Piedmont and Liguria, Nice has a tradition of fresh pasta making. In this three-hour, hands-on workshop, you will acquire the skills you need to make fresh pasta and/or gnocchi at home, with or without a pasta machine. You will learn about the best flours to use for different types of pasta dough, and practice kneading by hand as well as rolling and cutting shapes that are little known outside this region.

You will then sit down to enjoy two different plates of pasta, each served with a sauce of seasonal ingredients to complement its shape and texture, and wine from Provence selected by our sommelier!

This private class is appropriate for all ages and levels of experience, and is especially suitable for families.
