Our Sunday morning Niçoise cuisine workshops, with guest cooks and farmers, focus on a different theme each month, using products supplied by our favorite producers.
Gnocchi & sauces: Sunday 12 February
Learn to make traditional Niçois gnocchi, authentic merda de can and accompanying sauces with Claude Ascani and her mother Marguerite, who sell their organic products at the Cours Saleya market on Saturdays.
Stuffed winter vegetables: Sunday 12 March
Hélène Albou is one of the Old Town’s best cooks, will teach you to make such traditional winter dishes as flavorsome stuffed cabbage and other vegetables using seasonal ingredients.

Our time with Rosa was one of the highlights of our two weeks in France. The trip to the market, and her knowledge of the fresh food and wine we used to prepare our menu made this an incredible experience that will not be forgotten.
