Our Sunday morning Niçoise cuisine workshops, with guest cooks and farmers, focus on a different theme each month, using products supplied by our favorite producers.
Gnocchi & sauces: Sunday 12 February
Learn to make traditional Niçois gnocchi, authentic merda de can and accompanying sauces with Claude Ascani and her mother Marguerite, who sell their organic products at the Cours Saleya market on Saturdays.
Stuffed winter vegetables: Sunday 12 March
Hélène Albou is one of the Old Town’s best cooks, will teach you to make such traditional winter dishes as flavorsome stuffed cabbage and other vegetables using seasonal ingredients.

The highlight, without any doubt, was the several hours in your kitchen learning how to approach a meal in Provencal style, and enjoying the fruits of our collective labours.
